Neo Dialer is built the other way round. You bring a SIP trunk you already hold — Telnyx, Twilio, Bandwidth, or anything that speaks standard SIP — and keep the carrier relationship and the rates you negotiated. We charge for the dialer, not for your minutes. Your numbers stay yours.
On top of that sits the part that is genuinely hard to build: a browser softphone that survives a page refresh mid-call, campaign dialing in four modes, inbound routing with IVR menus and queues, and a real-time AI voice pipeline running beside Asterisk so an agent's speech reaches a model and comes back as audio fast enough to hold a conversation.
The AI is optional and per-tenant. Run the platform as a straight human-agent dialer and none of it engages; switch it on and the same campaigns can be handled end to end by a voice agent that books appointments and hands off to a human when it should.
